Thanks to Casco Bay High School!

We had the good fortune to work all last week with a group of amazing students and staff at Casco Bay High School, who chose to participate in RSVP (Reducing Sexism and Violence Program) as one of their twice-yearly elective courses. Ms. Haar, Mr. Morales, and each of the RSVP students: Thank you for your thoughtful comments, your willingness to consider multiple viewpoints, and the sense of community that you brought to the training. Looking back at your list of what makes a good leader, we’re struck by how your group truly embodied these qualities: taking initiative, taking responsibility, listening well, being direct, being respectful and understanding while taking a stand for something… You took your vision of leadership and made it reality.
